The cooktop burners are very fast and precise. As a bonus, I notice almost zero of the buzzing that I've gotten on other induction cooktops. The only negative I've encountered so far is that even using conduction, I find some pretty noticeable hot spots (or cold ones) when I roast something (I see this when I do cauliflower, for instance, and a part is getting to the nice roasty stage and the rest is still white and not quite there).. I like that you have to long press the buttons to turn on the elements so children wouldn’t accidentally turn on an element. This is the most interesting range hood, reminds me of some sort of airplane part ? Its strong and seems easy to clean. Have not tried to clean it but chose this based on that.. Aggie. Tarzana, CA. Sun May 28 2023
