With the exception of one assembly step, this was a straightforward one strong person unpacking and assembly. At one point they want you to have the base stood up on its side so that the pillars can be slid through the holes in the bale. I made a support of the shipping boxes to support the then horizontal heavy pillars parallel to the floor while I attached them. ALSO: do the later steps that require you to work at the bottom while the stand is already on its side. The motor runs smoothly but I haven't attached tho 100" screen to it yet—I don't expect that will be a problem. This is exactly what I had been looking for & could not find in retail stores or other online companies. It's a very attractive faucet, with a very smooth action of the handle, & the brushed brass finish does not show water spots like the shiny finish. Just be sure to measure the clearance if you have a cabinet door above your sink. This is a tall faucet, so be sure that the door has enough clearance to open above the top of the faucet. I measured ahead of time, & my cabinet door clears the faucet by only 1/4 ". No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. Decent faucet. I was surprised that the hoses were the thin, flexible plastic versus braided stainless hoses—they’re perfectly adequate, was just surprised. As others have mentioned, it does spot easily, but it’s also got prominent polished features which invite water. If you go into buying any polished chrome fixture appreciating that this will happen, it’s all good. Keep a small towel or roll of paper towel under your sink and give a quick wipe after using to prevent water from drying. I installed myself—the directions were all pictures. It’s rather lightweight considering the size, so whether or not this is actually chrome or simply a “chrome like finish” is hard to say, but I do like it and the way it looks on my modern sink.
