I rarely leave 1-star reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I use Wayfair regularly for home renovation and decorating projects, so this was not my first order. I placed this order on May 27, 2026. For weeks, the tracking simply showed that the shipment was delayed, which I understood and was willing to be patient about. After waiting nearly six weeks, the order status suddenly changed to "Delivered on June 1." That is impossible and simply not true. The item was never delivered. When I contacted customer service expecting them to investigate or send a replacement, I was told they could not help because, according to their system, the item had been "delivered" more than four weeks earlier and their claim window had expired. The problem is that their own tracking continued to show the shipment as delayed until it suddenly switched to an incorrect delivery date. I had no reason to believe I needed to report a missing package because, according to Wayfair's own system, it hadn't been delivered yet. Instead of correcting an obvious tracking error, Wayfair hid behind a policy that only became applicable because of inaccurate information in their own system. The chaise lounge cushion by latitude run fits my very small chair perfectly.The fabric is really nice and looks like it will hold up great! The zipper makes it nice so you can remove it to clean when necessary. Im hoping it will expand a little more over time but was comfortable to sit on. The fabric does get hot so be aware of that..
