These shampoo chairs are nice but a little short leg rests are too short tall people not comfortable. Very loud when you put leg recliner down . Other than that pretty nice for the price. This is a great alternative if you want the feeling and function of an expensive spa shower but dont want to spend thousands of dollars. Parts are made of plastic but the internal parts are all metal. Some things to note- First you can only use one of the functions at a time- either handheld, rain shower or the 3 jets. That is because it is all just coming from one water source (again thats why this isnt a 1000 shower system) All 3 functions tilt so you have some directional control however the Jets dont slide up and down on the rail. They are stationary and as a short person they hit me in my face and neck if Im not careful. The top 2 jets can be twisted onoff so I close the top one and tilt the other 2 down and that works for me. Also thr handheld docking station can be adjusted up and down the rail so I place it a bit higher and can use the handheld like another showhead. The handheld also has 5 different settings which offers lots of variety. Warning- your shower time will probably double because it is so enjoyable! I like to switch between all three functions.. The sinks themselves are beautiful and comfortable! My issue is my salon is designed for sinks to lay flush against the wall. These sinks however can’t do that as the sink basin extends further out then the base. So if I push this against the wall the tilting feature of the sink won’t work. So I have to have my handyman construct something to fill this 6inch gap between sink and wall. I’m not sure what the “normal” plumbing should be as I’m not a plumber, however when trying to hook what came with sink onto the water lines they were not the correct fittings and I had to purchase to water lines and pieces to secure the drain pipe. Also there is no way to secure the front end of the chair to the floor to prevent the seat portion from sliding around or moving. If there was a way to bolt it to the floor that would have been a lot more secure. All in all though I would give the sinks 4 stars. Now if I’m giving customer service a review for shipping I would give 1 star! I had an issue with the shipping address and tried to make a change immediately after placing my order and I got sent in circles only for it not to be fixed luckily. In the end I was able to get the sinks but with massive hassle and stress! Wayfair nor fedex were any help at all. So I probably won’t make anymore purchases from Wayfair. Shaleena. Saltsburg Pa.
