Well the original order came in a timely manner and had the wrong center base connectors to assemble it reach out to customer service and they requested they requested corrected parts was told couldnt be shipped so they sent me whole replacement received replacement one box at a time FedEx was awful have assemble the new one and am very disappointed it leaks at all the seems and screws since it doesnt keep items dry its a waste of money.. This is a great carport. The directions for the canvas part was a bit hard to decipher, but otherwise the directions were pretty good. Unwrapping plastic from each roof panel was a bit of a pain, but if you do it on a sunny day outside, the panels will get warm and the plastic will be easier to remove. We just had 3 or 4 of us at a time unwrapping them. I am optimistic that it will last a long time. I may see if I can buy an extra box of panels, as it’d be nice to have them go all the way down the sides. I am very happy so far.. Matt. Chicago, IL. Fri Apr 24 2026
