From the leader in residential indoor air quality, this Broan® custom range hood insert is the perfect solution for cabinet installations and custom kitchen designs featuring a smooth, stainless-steel surface that is easy to clean with quick-release dishwasher-safe filters. The kitchen is the most polluted room in the house regardless of type of cooking appliance; everything from smoke, odors, and chemicals is in the air. The range hood is often forgotten as the primary and most effective way to get the pollutants out of the home. This range hood is HVI certified – guaranteed to provide efficient ventilation with 450 Max Blower CFM to remove the pollutants and improve the air you breathe. While ventilating the kitchen air, this range hood is still quiet with a sound level of 1 sone on normal speed, which is as loud as a refrigerator noise. The bright 1-level, heat resistant LED lighting makes even the worst cook’s recipe look great. The EZ1 Installation System allows for 1-person installation, making installation fast for both the professional and DiY installers. At Broan-NuTone we believe that better quality of air means better quality of life.

This was a great upgrade and replacement for our PM390. Much quieter and the lights are much brighter. Rotating knobs are way more intuitive than slide controls on the 390. The best part is that this fit perfectly through the existing cabinet opening and metal hood enclosure. Biggest complaint is the instructions are very poorly laid out. They were trying to cram various models into one instruction sheet and then also mix in what to do if rear discharge vs top discharge which becomes very confusing. Instruction sheet seemed very jumbled up.. Skuhner37064. Franklin, TN. Mon Sep 07 2026
