Got this product through a Municipal program. (H2O Water Sense Dual Flush) In less than 12 months the flush mechanism stopped working properly twice. Can't find info to troubleshoot the problem and can't find any info on repair parts. Awesome little tank. My Betta loves it. Only negative is that the filter doesn't have a low-med-high setting, and it pushes a lot of water for a Betta, so I put the rain trickle arm on and submerged it under the water line so as not to make the water too oxygenated for the Betta and aimed it at the side of the tank so the glass deflects it.
