I reported to WAYFAIR that I was sent the wrong item only to be told that the company said that what they sent to me was an upgrade. The inflatable that I was sent was not an upgrade in my opinion. Also, they should have sent me what I ordered to begin with. I should not have to pay for something I did not order nor that I don’t want. It didnt come with extra screws and so I was unable to put all of the required screws in for one of the seats because of how deformed it was.
