This is a really nice track lighting kit with standard installation and a familiar rail design. The track mounts easily, and the heads clip in and twist, which makes placement anywhere along the rail simple. Everything fits together cleanly and feels well made right out of the box. Tube is good quality, but the brackets and end caps with screws are poor quality. The end caps were both loose and easily falling off, and the middle bracket was warped (see photos). Also, I ordered the satin stainless steel color BUT the gold color was shipped to me. I just requested a replacement for the hardware packet, hope to receive soon, if the replacement has issues, then I will return the item. Very frustrated. Received quickly and in great condition. Will update review once installed. Update - Looks great! Installation was a little fussy, but that was because there were no studs where I needed to put the brackets. I had to get some drywall anchors and the local hardware store didn’t have any that the included screws would work with, so I had to get slightly smaller screws. The only difference is that the heads of the screws don’t fill the space in the brackets as well. It’s really not noticeable though, so not a big deal. Our contractor still has to install some trim underneath the bar and said he’ll fix the extra holes for me when he does that. I love my chandelier in my closet. It looks bright and elegant. The packaging was very sturdy and I was delighted when I opened it to find it already assembled. The only reason it gets 4 stars is because each crystal was individually wrapped in cellophane which was very tedious to remove. Also, the remote is in Chinese (I think) but it does have a QR code that you can switch instructions to English but I have not yet been able to figure it out.
