Royal Designs Edison base dimmer sockets with unique vintage cast metal shells are compatible with any medium base incandescent, or "dimmable" led light bulbs. The bracket has a 1/8 IP threaded hole on the bottom so it will fit any standard lamp pipe. The socket is rated for up to a 150w bulb.

I got this Mccane light armed sconce in the color Antique Copper and it is a beautiful orangey-pink-gold that is so classy and elegant industrial vibe. The speckled clear glass actually is larger than I thought when I placed the order. Overall dimensions states it is 16.5 inches high, 7 inches wide and 10 inches depth. My fault though as I should have just read the description which states “generously sized.” I have it in our hallway from the guest bedroom to guest bathroom. The hallway is narrow and short. I was afraid this would protrude into the walkway and appear too large for the area but now that is it up, and fits in nicely. It is higher on the wall so no one can accidentally bump into it. I believe we have it about 7 feet from top to bottom. We have a low wattage Edison light bulb in it and when turned on – gives the prettiest glow ambient to the space. This arrived quickly, packaged very well and was very easy to install (per my husband) - only took about 30 minutes. Overall – love the look and the price is great.
