This is great for our tiny bathroom and leaves more space than any other non-pedestal vanity I looked at. My husband was able to put it together well. The downside is we needed to cut a hole in the shelf for the sink piping, but that probably depends on what the plumbing looks like. The color is a very cool light wood color, with some grayish tones especially without a lot of natural sunlight. I’d recommend avoiding a large faucet.
