This product showed up very well, packaged in die cut foam in a heavy duty, cardboard box, which was shrunk wrapped as well. The faucet appears to be very well-made, and hopefully gives the plumber no trouble in a couple of months when they go to hook it up! Follow up after installation. The new vanity hasn’t been installed yet, but I think this is a really nice faucet. I love the elegant design, it reminds me of a swan. I intentionally sought out a faucet that would allow me to turn onoff the water with my elbow or wrist when my hands are dirty, rather than having to use my hands to turn a knob. They gave you the best materials in order to put it together each cord that you have for your hot and your cold water are quality pipes and also just the material of the faucet itself was really good.
