The product was perfect for our needs. The price was very fair and the financing was great. The set up was easy. The only thing that should be addressed is in the set-up of the CO2 gauages and connections. That section of the manual could use a little more clarity. I have used it for a few games and didn’t do as well as my 219.00 one which has a rubber looking tip and a hole to screw in an extender, there are complaints with the extender in due to there not being enough space needed for one of the ping-pong tables. It’s a bit cramped need for more space at ping-pong tables 1. My 219.00 one has a fiberglass narrow end toward the tip. I would have a better result if I just fatten the tip a bit. This is a nice compact dehumidifier. It's sturdy and heavy but doesn't take up too much space. The wheels and handle are great for mobility. One of the best things about it is how quiet it is in operation. For a commercial dehumidifier, the sound is very low. I don't have the ability to fully comment on it's effectiveness yet but can say that the reading changed rather quickly with a short test try. Update... The replacement panel arrived and it looks awesome. Wayfair did a great job of coordinating the return and replacement of the item. This a beautiful stained glass window panel. The packing material and packaging was poorly done. Both the cardboard and styrofoam were very thin and not worthy of protecting fragile glass.
