This is the most terrible experience I have had with wayfair. When the toilet arrived, we opened the top of the boxes to check it is not Broken. My plumber finally came to install it and it and found out that 4 inner components are missing. Plumber said this looked like a returned item that Wayfair sent to me. Love the remote control. Love my auto open/close lid. I feel cleaner (and am) when I use it, and the toilet is designed to be a sanitizing experience. I haven't even used the deodorizer yet! I. love. this. toilet. It's a little pricey, but treat yourself. It will change going to the bathroom for you. Two bonus tips: 1) if your #2s are often messy (i.e., squishy -- sorry if TMI but you need to know this), this the answer; 2) if you're concerned about the price -- I am a super-picky person and I shopped around to discern whether I should get this toilet or a smart toilet. Nice toilet. Love the smooth sides and minimalist look. Like the small footprint and absence of illuminated buttons on the outside of the lid. (They are in the inside ) The handle is subtle and easy to operate. I have a more expensive TOTO washlet in the master bathroom and this model bidet is more angled and doesn’t offer as much adjustment as my other one.
