Do not assume, as I did, that the valve is included. We had to purchase the rough in valve separately, from a plumbing supply store, which made the value of this faucet set almost double. Super solid, heavy well made metal. No plastics like others. Super stylish..The handles streak a little when you wash/wipe them down but well worth a very quick wipe with a cloth or paper towel.
