We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. The middle drawer is extremely versatile and quickly became one of our most-used features, perfect for drinks, snacks, or frequently accessed items. Both the refrigerator and freezer sections are well organized and easy to navigate. The dual-dispense AutoFill water pitcher is another highlight. Having filtered water ready to grab from the fridge is incredibly convenient, and the auto-fill feature works reliably. The dispenser is fast and easy to use while maintaining a clean, integrated look. Being ENERGY STAR certified gives us confidence in its efficiency, and it runs quietly while maintaining consistent temperatures. The smart features are well executed too. The app is intuitive, reliable, and genuinely useful without feeling gimmicky. Finally, the design is stunning. Having never ordered from Wayfair before, I was a bit hesitant, especially since I was ordering an open box. The price was too good to pass up. I bit the bullet and took a chance. I worried unnecessarily though. It was a great experience. Good communication, quick shipping and was delivered earlier than expected. Item works perfectly.
