As we were missing a few inches to the ceiling with the included chimney component, we ordered the longer version directly from the manufacturer. Including a picture of the range hood after install, and a second picture after painting. Our only issue with the product is that it “whistles” at its lower speeds and due to slightly inconsistent suction, the metal grills were vibrating against the lower horizontal frame. The stove was delivered without a power cord on January 29, which the item description says is included. Immediately after receiving delivery and noticing the missing part, I called the 800-232-2174 number provided. A power cord was promised to me within 2-3 days. Thirteen (13) days later, after two calls from wayfair requesting I cancel the part order because one is already in the mail, I received a three (3) prong power cord.
