Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. It looks great and overall works well. I’ve had the shower tower installed for 2 years and it still works great. However, my primary reason for this particular unit was to allow me to run at least 2 of the shower elements at the same time. This tub arrived quickly and without a scratch. It is well-made with quality materials and finish. I can sit comfortably and stretch out my legs. I’m 5’9”. Note that it requires 3 separate gfi plugs. Optimally this would be on a platform with plugs underneath. There is no access panel or spot to run cords thru. Mine was dropped into the basement. Because it has a faucet and not a tub filler, it takes quite some time to fill.Before you turn on the pumps, make sure they are at their lowest setting. If not, they will throw water EVERYWHERE! And if the tub is too full - even with settings as low as possible - the water bubbles over the sides. The jets are so strong that it’s difficult to relax with them on. I bought 3 of these but have only installed one so far. I love the novelty of the design, and have used it turned upright as a drinking fountain, and to rinse out my eye when I got some sand in it. Very handy. My husband will also really like it for the spray option, and the height and adjustability for a quick hair wash in the sink. My one complaint is that the on-off handle is so stiff, it's almost impossible to turn it on at any volume other than full blast. You have to work so hard to push the lever, then it just goes to total on, nothing in between. I'm hoping the other 2 won't be so stiff, and if not, maybe there is something that can be adjusted on this one. They are a great price and overall good quality. Love the whirlpool. Didn’t think the light in the tub was important but I do enjoy it. Just read the spec sheet before you buy, it needs two gfi to run the light and whirlpool motor. Very efficient controller. Have only had it in place for about 2 months so time will tell, but it's working great so far. The only thing I wasn't clear on was that it will only work for one faucet.
