Unlike some mops that constantly tip over, this one stands upright on its own, making it much easier to use and store. The swivel head helps it maneuver around furniture and into tight spaces, and at only three pounds, it is lightweight enough for me to easily handle. The included carpet attachment is a nice addition, allowing the mop to surface clean carpets as well as clean hard floors. I also like that it cleans using only steam, without the need for chemicals. No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
