I'm really enjoying this so far. I've got it working with SmartThings which means it's working (okay) with Google Home. All five of my RF fans work with this device. I would say signal is sent to those devices correctly 95% of the time. I have found that if I accidentally misclick, it is better if I count to 10 before making the correct choice. Is it perfect? No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. Designed with families in mind, CRESTLE Kind #K03 combines premium hygiene technology along with gentle, thoughtful comfort to cater to every member at home. Its adaptive seat and child-friendly mode make it a smart companion for all ages.

I ordered the Crestle from Wayfair and it arrived very quickly in 3 days. However, my toilet while it didn’t appear damaged on the outside from shipping, had a manufacturing defect on the inside where one spot in the bowl had a bad casting gap and led to a crack. I reached out to Wayfair and they promptly sent me a replacement. The new one came just as quick and had no defects on the porcelain. After installation, it went well but after a week of using it, I noticed the reception on the remote is quite poor. Turns out if you’re sitting on the toilet, your body will tend to block the remote rf signal unless the remote is on your right side. Also holding the remote in different positions yielded different results as to whether it was detected or not by the toilet. I reached out to Crestle customer support and was told my solution is to just move the remote closer than it is. That’s kinda not possible and not ideal for the signal to be that weak. There are some other quirks like it auto flushing the second you lift up your leg instead of 10 second delay like the manual states. So in the end, big plus for Wayfair, but thumbs down on Crestle support, and the odd quirks that they couldn’t help me with. Biggest complaints are remote signal strength, and no auto flush delay configuration. 4 stars mainly because of Wayfair, and the price and features of the toilet. The elongated seat adds extra comfort and provides a more spacious seating area. The sleek, modern appearance complements a variety of bathroom décors. Installation was more involved than expected and required professional assistance.
