I ordered the kingsize pillows and I would say that they're only medium, rather firm as advertised. Packaging can be improved - they come in tightly packed rolls for ease of shipment. However, be very careful when opening the box because there's no protecting cover. I actually slashed through the pillow with my scissors. Wayfair was kind enough to provide replacement. I like the wedge pillow and it’s quite comfortable for sleeping. I also use it with extra pillows to prop up in bed for reading and TV. So whichever one is on top (I tried both) slides down during the night when I wake up I have slid down with it. So the extra height gained by using the two pieces doesn’t really work. To release the petrol smell you need to walk on the product or twist it to pop the interior air pockets that are filled with the unpleasant odor . You can also leave in the sun but it really needs to be squished several times to break those bubbles .
