What took the longest was removing my previous hose. I had not removed it for the winter since we had a mild one where I hadn't needed to remove the hose to cover the faucet. I will not make that mistake again even if it's mild again. This brass fitted house will make that easily feasible. I appreciate the sleeve on either end to help mitigate any leaks that do arise. The only reason why I gave this 4 stars is that despite it being kink free, it still wants to loop itself into these twisty-turny little loops that make walking the yard with it tougher than it needs to be. Not impressed with Wayfair! I ordered this part at the end of October - I received a 1-12 x 6 piece. Kept getting the runaround from Wayfair. They finally sent me the correct piece after a month of AI and human customer service. Not sure which one was worse! Got it, WRONG piece AGAIN! Another month of worthless customer service and I got another correct piece sent out, shipping delayed, order not found, etc... By the time I received it, you guessed it, WRONG AGAIN and this time it was bent so was unusable anyway. It took almost 3 months to get three wrong pieces that every customer service rep (about a dozen including AI) assured would be correct. Before you think why didnt you go somewhere else, this is an unusual size and color that is extremely expensive at other places. It does require electricity so I had to have an electrician put in a new electrical outlet, but this brand also offers a non-electric one, which I may purchase for a different bathroom at some point.
