They finally sent me the correct piece after a month of AI and human customer service. Not sure which one was worse! Got it, WRONG piece AGAIN! Another month of worthless customer service and I got another correct piece sent out, shipping delayed, order not found, etc... By the time I received it, you guessed it, WRONG AGAIN and this time it was bent so was unusable anyway. It took almost 3 months to get three wrong pieces that every customer service rep (about a dozen including AI) assured would be correct. Before you think why didnt you go somewhere else, this is an unusual size and color that is extremely expensive at other places.
