It’s a lot of parts and hours of work to assemble, need multiple people to complete. It’s not exactly 12x16, more like 11x15. It will look really good when I get to finish assembly. My wife and I assembled the gazebo over a two day period. I'm 74 and she's 71, so it probably took a little longer than it would have 20 years ago I was impressed by the quality, the packaging, the engineering, and the fabrication.
