Amazing Gazebo. Took me 2 full days to put together by myself. Actually I put together 90 of it by myself and needed help with the other 10. It’s a lot of parts and hours of work to assemble, need multiple people to complete. It’s not exactly 12x16, more like 11x15. It will look really good when I get to finish assembly. This is a great pergola for the price! It was a lot to put together. One of the pieces got dented in the set up process but it’s minor. The louvred top is easy to adjust. I like the materials, they seem to be heavy duty. The net I bought is for a 12 x 14 gazebo from Yardistry only issue I ran into was that the net tracks for the long side of the gazebo were not the correct ones, they were longer than the beams where I was to mount them on I ended up having to section about 6 inches of two tracks so they would fit properly. I followed the installation instructions and installed the tracks 2 inches from the bottom of the horizontal beams on the gazebo, and when mounted the nets I noticed there’s about 2-inch gap at the bottom of the net and the floor I don’t know if that’s intended or not. This product has been a nightmare. Missing parts, mangled parts, the manufacturer has been slow to respond or hasn't responded at all. I will never buy anything from this manufacturer again ever! The photo attached is of only some of the many mangled, twisted parts. After contacting and not receiving the parts, I was able to go to an auto body shop that was able to straighten the parts out where they were workable,. This morning we were putting the roof together only to find that the parts which were sent were the wrong ones, they are much smaller and simply don't fit. We are now waiting for the correct roof parts to arrive with no guarantee that this time they will send the correct ones. My wife and I assembled the gazebo over a two day period. I'm 74 and she's 71, so it probably took a little longer than it would have 20 years ago I was impressed by the quality, the packaging, the engineering, and the fabrication. I got this sun shade to replace an old one that was worn out. This Sun shade seems to be made well and Im impressed with the hardware hooks and cables that look really strong for when its windy.
