This has worked well for us. Way to out together and produces a great compost. One thing to note is that the compost can rest on the bottom ledge inside which can make it difficult to open the doors. The interlocking baffles allow for more capture of grease in the filters due to the rapid flow of changing air direction. As grease is heavier than air, the grease stays trapped on the baffles and promotes better air flow within your kitchen. Please check your Zephyr range hood's specification sheet to ensure compatibility.
