Love it!!! I paid $1500 to a general contractor to assemble it, took 7 hours and I paid $3500 to an electrician to run 220V to the back yard which took 6 hours. Still more than half the cost of the lowest price given at a local store here in San Diego. Great quality, gets as hot as advertised in about 15 minutes, but San Diego is never cold, so starting temp is always around 70 degrees. Sunguard UV protectant spray helps extend the life of garden & outdoor decor. The superior UV inhibitors protect against color fading, peeling, and cracking. When dried it has a clear finish, unlike polyurethane products, which will leave a sticky yellowish residue. This was a great buy. The instructions were very helpful, use the app as well. I am mechanically and electrically savvy and this took me 9 hours start to finish including electrical work.
