We had 2 of these installed. The control panel became unattached on the first one and Wayfair sent us another range hood. I thought the first hood was pretty loud, but did an ok (just ok) job sucking smoke from the kitchen. But with the second hood, the installer noticed that the intake piece that is supposed to open when the hood was on has only half opening, which was causing the hood to be very loud. I was very disappointed in this product. I was expecting a WHITE and copper hood. There is NO white on it. You might think the chimney is white at first but that is just the protective plastic layer that peels off. It is stainless steel/silver and copper. The handle was the only place I was expecting stainless steel, but it is the trim piece and the chimney as well. I have white cabinets and was wanting a look like what the pictures show but that is NOT what you will get. It looks nothing like the pictures as all of them show white.
