This is a great fan! It is rechargeable and it holds the charge for quite some time. I used it for three hours by the pool with no problem. It had three speeds and can easily be mounted to anything using the flexible arms. The top portion also rotates so you can change the angle to any direction. A very nice cart for the price and just what I needed for wrangling ingredients for my griddle. The instructions to put together were stellar and easy to follow.
