But it also offers function: the large single bowl ensures maximum workspace for cleaning bulky or oversized dishes. Our ultra-durable and dense fireclay is fired up to 2100°F and protected with our proprietary finish that safeguards and adds strength.

An attractive sink at a good price. This is a fireclay sink, which means it is fired at a lower temperature than a porcelain sink, but at a higher temperature than a ceramic sink. Higher temps increase hardness and durability. This becomes apparent as this sink will stain if left soiled overnight, unlike a porcelain sink which you can rinse and wipe clean. It is not a big deal as it does come clean with some bleach cleaner and a sponge. I am happy overall. Note: I bought a sturdy stainless steel sink grid, not included, to protect the bottom from nicks and scratches (~$50), which I recommend. Can be used as a trivet or a cooling rack as well.. The deep, large single bowl allows plenty of space to soak and clean large cookware and bakeware. And the beveled bottom around the drain whisks away water for quicker disposal conveniently aided by the included colander drain.

This is a great sink with nice accessories. You should note that this sink does not come with the wire rack insert that lies at the bottom of the sink. We have never liked those, so it was not an issue for us. You may need to note with your installer that the ledge is meant to hold platform accessories it’s possible that they might not install enough of a gap to accommodate them. Beautiful sink! Looks better in person than in the photos. Feels very solid. Well accessorized and well made. Love the color. It's not quite black dark. I replaced my 20 year old grill with this Napoleon 700 series grill. The technology on this grill has come a long way compared to my old grill. Cooks great, doesn’t flare up like my old grill. It has an insulated hood that keeps a consistent temperature. I used the rotisserie for the first time this weekend and it worked great. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was. With the back infrared burner it cooked very evenly. The lights on the grill work great for cooking at night and they look pretty cool too.
