This style was installed in my new house in 2016 .The hall & Closet Lock on my garage door with my Encode plus keeps breaking and has to be replaced a lot and in th past 8 years a total of 6 times .You really need to make a more durable lock that does not break under heavy use .I never know when I open my garage door if the handle is going to come off because the piece holding will break off.. This is a set of two 3 in. screen door hinges for the repair of a single screen door. These are made of steel and come in a black finish with a fixed hinge pin. They are typically found being used for full or half mortise installations. Each package contains 2 replacement hinges and all the necessary mounting hardware to make a quick and easy installation.

This jalousie operator by Prime-Line Products is constructed of diecast materials and comes in an aluminum painted-finished. The mounting holes are spaced apart at 4-3/4 in. or 3-7/8 in. on center. It is a reversible non-handed design that can be used on either left-hand or right-handed installations. The link arm is 3-1/2 in. long (center to center), and it comes with a matching crank handle that fits the 5/16 in. spindle. Used by many manufacturers.
