Only labeling this bed 4 stars due to the slats not being manufactured closer together. The slats should be 3 inches apart for the best support according to online resources but are 3.5 inches apart. They did not specify otherwise but that’s ok we just got some plywood to help. However outside of that it’s 5 stars all around, looks just like the photo, beautiful color, feels well built. We ordered this bed for one of the bedrooms in our luxury cabin build and I am honestly so impressed with the quality. The wood is heavy, sturdy, and looks far more expensive than the price point. OMG I’m obsessed. I have a 14 inch Queen mattress and I was worried it would cover the headboard with pillows placed. It didn’t. Still plenty of headboard seen. I bought the Natural color. It’s so pretty and clean looking. It was more grey than beige, but it ended up looking great. No regrets. Looks way more expensive than it was. Love the look of this bed. Took a chance bc there were no reviews. The bed delivered in about 5 days. The packing wasn’t the best, but everything was intact and undamaged inside the box. Quality is fair, not exceptional. Upholstery is only on the outside of the bed, not behind the headboard, footboard or rails. Bed is assembled with bolts that are visible on the footboard which I don’t like. The fabric is linen and on the lighter side, not yellowish or grey. Hammered features are a nice contrast to the conventional upholstered bed design. Bed can be mixed with contemporary furniture or antiquish, like I have. All in all, I’d recommend.
