Removing a star because the wood on this decor was covered in weird crystals in spots, and seemingly wood mold. Once you get past the need to wash the wood and cleanup and the grossness that was on the pieces...this is a nice-looking yard planter. Directions are ok and technically they give you everything you need to assemble...but there are a LOT of screws. I went to the garage and my husband's impact driver sped up the process immensely. I was able to assemble by myself, and it would have gone faster had I started with the driver for the full project. I strongly recommend a power tool for assembly. I will add a photo of it outside. This is a great raised garden bed. We did get chicken wire and put it under the entire structure, so moles and gophers couldn't come up through it, and believe me they have tried. The flaps are great when harvesting the back side of the plants. I didn't give this a 5 star, because the gate doesn't stay shut without propping something on it or placing a rock pile under it. This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property.
