Removing a star because the wood on this decor was covered in weird crystals in spots, and seemingly wood mold. Once you get past the need to wash the wood and cleanup and the grossness that was on the pieces...this is a nice-looking yard planter. Directions are ok and technically they give you everything you need to assemble...but there are a LOT of screws. I went to the garage and my husband's impact driver sped up the process immensely. I was able to assemble by myself, and it would have gone faster had I started with the driver for the full project. I strongly recommend a power tool for assembly. I will add a photo of it outside. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our last dishwasher was also a Bosch, installed over 15 years ago. I was shocked (though I obviously shouldn't have been) to see that the water and electrical hookups had moved completely, making the install much more complicated for me. On the other hand, the newer leveling procedure is much nicer. Of course, we're still just getting used to it, but I fully expect this new Benchmark version to last at least as long as the old "800" model did, and be just as easy to live with. (Full disclosure, the old one would still be running fine if "someone" hadn't taken a tumble on the open door!) So far, my only quibble (and it's a large one) is that the Delay Start button has been moved to ONLY the app and is no longer on the control panel. At least let it be part of your Favorites settings! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3 stars for functionality, 5 stars for cleaning performance. This dishwasher does an amazing job at cleaning our dishes. So for that I highly recommend. However, it does have a few frustrating "features". The racks are difficult to use for a number of reasons. In the two months I've been using my machine, I still don't know the best way to load it. The top rack is OK (not great) but the bottom rack is bad. You can't put anything in the front half of the rack between the tines because everytime you push the rack in the dishes fall towards the back. I love having the flex tray at the top but the handle design is terrible and it is always coming loose. And on all the racks the tines that you can lay down never want to stay in place. The control panel has bright LED lights but the icons aren't lit up, which means at night when you want to use the machine you can't see the buttons because you're blinded by bright white light bars. Lastly, I put the machine online, which was handy for setting up washing cycles, but the other day it mysteriously disconnected from my phone and now I can't get the machine back online again.. Matt. The only other comment I want to make is that the wishing well is made of paper and cardboard material. My 70+ year old husband who has been an amateur carpenter (hobby) all his life said there is NO WOOD OR WOOD PRODUCT IN THIS ITEM THAT MUST BE ASSEMBLED. The description of the item uses the word "wood" which I feel is misleading.
