They were the perfect height I was looking for as why I bought these over metal ones.. They look really nice. Got this product through a Municipal program. (H2O Water Sense Dual Flush) In less than 12 months the flush mechanism stopped working properly twice. Can't find info to troubleshoot the problem and can't find any info on repair parts. Wonderful vacuum cleaner. I have had several vacuums over the years and this one beats them all easily. Its a heavy vacuum but it propels itself nicely and is much quieter than others I have owned.
