Pay extra 50 to have it delivered into the house in room next to where I installed it. Well worth the extra money. Box had big hole but contents was fine. Unboxing showed just how well the product was designed. Insulation of packaging was second to none. Glass was heavy end 38”. Instructions in box was somewhat different from the video but manageable. Used templates provided and spent considerable time measuring and remeasuring to insure alignments before drilling holes into tiles walls and flooring. Amazed that it all worked out as planned. On 2/7/2025, a horrific accident occurred in my home involving this product: the sliding glass door shattered and injured my 14-year-old granddaughter while she was taking a shower; she was rushed by ambulance to the nearest Emergency Room. I have attached pictures to alert potential customers of the dangers. This was an extremely traumatic ordeal for my family. I contacted Wayfair to notify the company of the incident on 2/8/2025, I was assured that someone would contact me within 5 business days and was given an apology. On 2/13/2025, I contacted the company again since no one had reached out to me, and I spoke to Mitch C, who once again apologized and promised that someone from Wayfair’s Claims department would contact me in 5 business days, he followed up with an email with his phone number if I had any questions or didn’t hear back from the claims department. On 2/21/2025, I still had not heard back from anyone at Wayfair so I called once again and spoke to Mitch C, However, this time he seemed annoyed that I was contacting he asked why I hadn’t sent an email to the claims department and that he would once again “help me” and “expedite” my complaint to the correct department for resolve. Aren't these the cutest! Measurements on this Rosie the Pink Pig is about 8W x 13D x 16H inches (tip to tip). The photo is a representation of what you will receive. If you place them outside, a liberal coating of clear sealer will insure it's longevity. Painstakingly handmade and hand painted, these are rustic and therefore may have some knicks, scratches, welds, etc. There will be scratches on the paint. That is normal and inherent with these pieces. Size and color tones may vary a bit as each is handmade.
