After an initial hiccup with a damaged product, Customer Service quickly replaced our item. It looks great in the shower and does seem to keep the temperature regulated even when toilets are flushed or sinks are running simultaneously to the shower. The versatile design style helped us mix it with other brands’ products for our other fixtures.
