we really needed to replace our 17 year old dishes so i was happy to see these available in the tried and true offering. I was looking for a modern shape and these definitely fit the bill. i took a chance on the cream and crossed my fingers that they wouldn't be too yellow. They are a very nice bone/eggshell color which did not disappoint. They aren't as heavy as i would like so I'm not sure how they will hold up for the long term. The dinner plate is the perfect size to hold an appropriate portion of food, the salad plates are the perfect size for salad, sandwich, dessert or snack, and bowls are the perfect size for soup, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, etc. I love the smooth, shiny (true) white finish, and they fit really well in my dishwasher!
