It is a very nice piece of equipment, with just a few comments. First, the microwave function is very quiet, a plus. However, the internal vent fan is very loud. More to the point, while air blows out the top vent, there is very little flow into the two-under vent portals, not very efficient removing smoke and odors. The control and number pad is very difficult to read in normal light. Either the text needs to stand out more, or ideally it would be better if illuminated. Simple and easy to clean, the anti-scald thermostatic valve controls the temperature and water flow very well, especially for children and the elderly. Provide you with a pleasant showering experience.

UPDATE: CasaInc did send us a replacement flange, and the shower is now working perfectly. It's absolutely great - always the right temp (as long as you remember to push all the buttons before getting into the water to clear cold water in the lines from the last shower), easy to adjust the body sprayers aim, and the waterfall option is wonderful for rinsing hair. Only one star due to initial issues getting the missing part. When our plumber did install it, we discovered that we are missing the flange that goes between the shower head and the wall. We've been trying to get a piece from the manufacturer for almost a month now as we were outside the 30 day Wayfair window for missing parts and feel like we are getting the run around. My husband is probably going to end up having to make the metal piece himself, which fortunately he can do, but purchase with caution and make sure to check all the parts as soon as you receive it even if you are installing it later..
