I needed to cover a septic clean out pipe by my driveway. It works fine. Just a tad smaller than 12” for sure. It barely fit over the small pipe. But I had included 3 stakes and they helped secure to ground although it wasn’t firmly on the ground level but just made it hard to blow over if windy. I kept it. Good price for this sale. This is junk. Frame, sides and wheel housings are not square so they do not line up and do not fit together properly. Had to use a handheld sledge hammer to force things into place. Once assembled, only 3 wheels touch the ground and is not stable. Tried to ask for a replacement or refund but would have to disassemble and ship back. It is too much effort for this junk.. Andrew.
