Years ago, we installed a hunter green door with a digital lock in Texas, and it was fantastic. However, we eventually had to replace the digital lock. Unfortunately, the company shifted to high-volume production and now only offers key locks. Aside from that, it's a sturdy door. We also had the option of etched glass, but they decided to stick with standard glass instead, limiting our choices. It's disappointing! This is a casement crank handle constructed in diecast aluminum and used with a 3/8 in. spindle. This fits any operator with a 5/16 in. bore spindle, such as the teardrop style casement operators (Prime-Line parts H 3502 and H 3508). It offers excellent torque for easy opening and closing of windows. The crank handle projects out from the operator 2-11/16 in. Make sure the set screw is tight to prevent slipping or stripping.

I bought this screen door for its ability to protect my glass panel front door from any hurricane damage. It has come through both Helene and Milton like a trooper.
