I was able to thread it and begin sewing fairly quickly, which was a big confidence boost. I've purchased a few items from Wayfair in the past, but I was in the middle of moving into my New Jersey apartment by myself, so things were too hectic to leave a review back then. However, I recently bought a Portable Hemming Machine and am so satisfied with it that I finally decided to write one. It’s the same brand I used to own. Although this is a slightly lower-tier model than my previous one, the price was about the same. I bought my old one in-store, but it’s really hard to find this specific brand and model from other suppliers right now. Plus, from my experience, other places usually have slow shipping. Since I needed it urgently, I went with Wayfair again based on my previous good experiences, hoping for fast delivery. I placed the order on Thursday afternoon, and it arrived right around noon today (Monday). The delivery was smooth and remembering how well all my previous Wayfair orders were delivered, I really want to thank everyone involved, including the supplier. I set up the machine today and tested it out—it works perfectly and is just as easy and convenient to use as my old one. This also reminds me of a past order (mostly furniture back then) where I had to return an item because it wasn't quite what I expected. Wayfair's customer service was incredibly kind and handled both the return and refund smoothly. I’d like to express my belated gratitude for that as well! Of course, this time the purchase was absolutely perfect with zero issues, so I didn't even need to contact customer service. "The Daughters of Edward Darley Boit" by John Singer Sargent is one of the artist’s most enigmatic and haunting portraits. Painted in Paris, it depicts the four young daughters of Edward Darley Boit, an American expatriate, standing in the dim, cavernous interior of their family’s apartment. Rather than arranging them in a conventional group portrait, Sargent scatters the girls across the shadowy room: two younger daughters sit on the floor in the foreground, while the two older girls stand further back, partially obscured by darkness near a pair of monumental Japanese vases. The unconventional composition, with its vast, almost unsettling space and uneven lighting, suggests psychological depth and an air of mystery. The work blurs the line between portraiture and interior genre scene, raising questions about childhood, individuality, and the passage into adulthood. Love it. Brother quality at its best. Love the stitch option, easy bobbin and all the included accessories, including a surprise extended work space. Some reviews complained about not being able to wind the bobbin. I recieved my POOLIN today!!! I love it. Interface is extremely user friendly. The User Manual is very well written making it comprehensible. I was able personalize a quilt top immediately, and the stitching reslults were phenomenal. Also, I tested one of the preinstalled fonts, used the USB drive, and the wireless function via institch, which all functioned correctly. I have not tested the sewing function, but plan to. This machine arrived in perfect condition due to great packaging. It came with tools, sewing notions, and some embroidery supplies that can be stored in a very nice case or storage container.
