Packaging needs improvement. There’s scratches on some of the fan blades and the glass has scratches on it. The remote is zip tied to the fan, but the installation screws that are also packed side are free to be tossed around in the box. I really do like the overall look of the fan. Feels sturdy, but light enough to make installation easier. I mainly liked this product because of the APP to be able to use the fan. So you don’t necessarily need the remote. I had a fan previously that had a remote and I accidentally washed the remote because it was lost in the sheets when they went into the wash. lol. I cant really write much about this product because I did not realize just how small they are, so I can not use this product because I need the connectors to be spaced out more for my kitchen light. My thumb is almost the same size as these. My mother has a chandelier type of light, so if the take this type of connector and not the screw in bulbs, I will test them on hers. OR because I am satisfied with the quality of these, I will by a light that takes these bulbs specifically. The shipping was amazing.
