We originally had the ship decanter and the brandy snifter on a silver tray, the instant we when found the distressed brass tray with the mirror bottom we fell in love with it and replaced the silver tray with the distressed brass tray and it just became so much more friendly and made a more attractive display of the brandy snifter, we love it!!!. I’ve had these for five years now and i’m obsessed. i e received dozens of compliments over the years. I sprayed immediately to get the rust color. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being a premium product, i expected a lot from this...and it delivered. The installation is about as straight forward as you can get...find the studs (even if they arent 16 or 24 OC, get it level and screw it in. Really couldn't be simpler. Be mindful of that there is a piece that is designed to go on the bottom of the wall...which i did not realize until it was too late. Thought all if them were the same. There were a couple draw backs that were more aesthetic than functional, but at this price point, i think it bears mentioning. The top magnetic strip to cover the last row of screw holes is extremely weak. Would have rather them just added 3 super powerful magnets and be done with it. If that strip gets at all dirty, forget about it, wont stick. There was also one piece of slat that was a little bowed. Luckily when the weight of a shovel is applied it hugs the wall nicely so no one is the wiser...still worth mentioning though just in case you are using it for small tool storage.
