I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. Beautiful chandelier but it requires a TON of work . I have put together many chandeliers over the years but this one was super difficult . I had help putting this together with my Dad who has done electrician work for years . There were parts missing including bulbs and one almost cracked palm leaf . This fixture is tricky ad it is a three way set up . It not only changes color schemes three ways but it also has a lightening bug finish . After hung it is stunning . I will say unfortunately I had to have two additional new switches installed in my walls to make this work correctly . I ordered this laminate flooring for a guest bathroom. The company gets an A plus for packaging. Took me at least 10 minutes to get the box opened. Very good job protecting the flooring. I haven’t installed it just yet. I want to finish psinting the walls before laying the flooring. This laminate flooring is one of the best I’ve come across. Very well made.
