We use a tough cotton canvas shell, cotton flannel liner, double layer construction, and a heavy-duty #10 zipper to provide ultimate comfort and durability. I have not used yet but will I love this cast iron frying pan. it is 10 inches non stick. i made breakfast with it cooking bacon none of it stuck. really heavy and cleans up well. I put it in the oven which was still warm let it dry and then put thin coat of oil so no rust happens. I didnt give it 5 stars they make the new pans with rough cooking area but I still love the pan.
