My contractor who installed it for our bathroom remodel was very impressed by the quality and the ease of installation with some extra modification for the sprayer. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ** I’m not sure if I was gifted the wrong finish, or if their chrome is more of a brushed nickel but it’s beautiful either way ** Fairly straight forward to install. Package included another box with the universal rough in. My husband is a plumber, and was a little apprehensive to install a shower head of this size because the weight can become an issue further down the road. He said this one felt more lightweight than others he has installed. Matches really nicely with our shower tile. I’m very happy with the finish, and the water flow is nice without being too slow or overpowering. HUGE shower head, almost comical. Makes for a really relaxing shower. The pipe that leads to the shower head is slightly narrow, and I really hope it doesn’t bend overtime. One other thing I wanted to note is that the box reads “guaranteed for life”. LOVE THAT.
