I was using a Pyrex glass measuring cup to heat one cup of water in the mornings in my microwave and it would take almost 5 minutes to begin boiling. I like my hot water fairy hot so really excited that now it takes a minute to two minutes at the most. This was a great purchase and priced very reasonable. I have this brand can opener, probably 40 years now. It is finally time to replace it (so sad). Although this one is the same make and model, it’s not exactly the same.
