Absolutely beautiful piece! Had some issues because while unpacking the box, one of the doors fell out and some of the plastic pieces that held the glass in broke. That meant that one of the spring hinges was also missing. Wayfair was great in being willing to send me another high boy to replace it (they couldn't just send the parts), but I really didn't want to deal with that if I didn't need to since it was only hardware that was needed. I have a friend who is really good at coming up with creative fixes, and sure enough, he was able to come through for me! We also added two more elephant head knobs, which personalizee the look for me; they are a pinch too wide for where they're located, and my friend is going to grind them down just a bit.. Mary Jo. Everything is smooth and has a nice clean finish- no chips or scuffs from shipping. It was easy to assemble and I to want thank the manufacturer from the bottom of my heart for the genius pre-assembled hinges that easily fit together during assembly. We cannot use these speakers the same time as the TV speakers; they will not sync. Also, the instruction manual does not help instruct how to best set up the sound for the speakers. Lorps did a great job assembling this unit by himself. It took him 3hrs and 15 minutes to complete this unit but was given 90 minutes to complete and your representatives kept interfering with nuisance call s and texts asking when he would be done. Whoever assigned this job and time limit given initially clearly had no insight into how difficult this project is done solo. Treating your help this way shows ignorance and lack of respect for the worker. Lorps never paused the whole time he was here and had to create some reposting of the unit to hold pieces together while other pieces were being assembled. The stand is what I expected, the final piece matches what was described. The components were all included and fit together fine. The box arrived with multiple punctures in it but none of them were deep enough to impact the pieces inside. It took about an hour to assemble. I would say that they could do a better job in the assembly instructions, there are a few places where it takes a minute or two to figure out which way a piece should attach. And I know it's supposed to be rustic, but they could include some filler pieces to cover some of the hardware that shows when it's assembled.
