The chairs arrived very securely packaged...think 8 cases of saran wrap per chair secure! We did find puttming them together to be a pain. The holes didnt always line up well and the angle to use the Allen key on some sections difficult, others a breeze. This is the only reason I took off a star. Someone else less handy would have had a hard time on some of the chairs. But once together they sat and stacked great!
